However, its dangerous look always makes the target discard their highest Failure card, if they have one. [W] Coat Rack: Play on Dr. Lucky or another player in your current room to attack them with a Weapon Value of 3. If played in the Foyer, this card has a Weapon Value of 5 instead. That weapon completely makes up for the horrible luck in losing a failure 2. And now I'm getting weapons up the wazoo.
