Mine's pretty terrible too. Seems we got a guaranteed failure card and two rng'd cards.
Starting Hand: [F] Failure-1: Played automatically in reaction to an attack made on you; negates one point of Weapon Value. [M] Move-1: Play on yourself to move one room or play on Dr. Lucky to advance him one room in sequence. Movement Cards may be played on Dr. Lucky no matter where in the mansion he is.
Steal-1: Play on another player in your current room to steal a random card from their hand into yours.

Be careful because there may be a noticeable difference in starting loadouts between mafia and village, even though they come from the same items.
Like, we have higher tier cards available at start. That's how MrB and I did it in Fire Emblem, everything was RNG but mafia got a bonus item iirc.

Haha, Varcayn is so lying. Not that it really matters.
For our day 1 kills, I'd say Lady Eri due to her evil radar...and maybe Gumpy? I expect him to have some kind of shenanigany win condition if he wants people to work together.
We have a lot of newbies, so I don't think the village will expect us to be all that aware of how good of a player Lady Eri is.
